The Ingomar Child Enrichment Center (ICEC) is professionally staffed with certified teachers. They have also met the qualifications outlined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). In addition, the ICEC staff works in compliance with the Safe Sanctuaries Policy of the United Methodist Church.
